CCS Drought Relief Fundraiser

On Friday 14th of September Catholic College Sale held a Drought Relief Fundraiser where proceeds raised from the day went directly towards Gippsland Farmers Relief. In beautiful Spring sunshine there was live music and a BBQ lunch. Students paid a fee to wear casual clothes for the day. A Gumboot throwing competition was held and the Year Level winners were Josh Edey, Leyla Berry, Joel Hector and Meika King who all received a canteen voucher. The total money raised was $2753.20.

A big thanks to Centre Bakery and Geddes Meats who donated all the meat and bread for the day.
