Introducing Our 2027 College Captains

Catholic College Sale is pleased to announce Joshua Duffield and Ruby Scholtes as our College Captains for 2027.

Following an extensive leadership selection process involving speeches and interviews, Josh and Ruby were appointed to lead our student community next year.

Throughout the selection process, both students demonstrated strong leadership potential, a commitment to service and a genuine desire to contribute positively to the life of the College. Their maturity, enthusiasm and willingness to lead were evident throughout the process, and we are confident they will represent Catholic College Sale with distinction.

As School Captains, Josh and Ruby will play an important role in representing the student body, supporting their fellow students and contributing to the wider College community throughout 2027.

The School Captain selection process also provided an opportunity to recognise the many students who were willing to step forward and put themselves forward for a leadership position.

We would like to congratulate and thank all students who participated in the process. The quality of applicants was outstanding, and each candidate demonstrated courage, commitment and maturity in sharing their ideas and aspirations for the future of our College.

The strength of the candidates is a wonderful reflection of our student community and gives us great confidence in the bright future ahead for Catholic College Sale.

With our College Captains now appointed, attention will turn to the selection of our House Captains, Social Justice, Liturgy, Mental Health and Environmental Leaders, as well as other specialist leadership positions. These selection processes will commence this week.

We look forward to supporting our student leaders as they take on their roles and contribute to an exciting year ahead.
