SSV Gippsland Round – Years 7/8 Girls Football

Top eight in the state has been secured by the Catholic College Sale Year 7/8 girls football team after two convincing wins at the regional final in Traralgon on Monday June 3.

CCS defeated Lowanna 8-6-54 to 0-0-0

The girls had earlier won their way through the Sale and District Final after defeating Maffra Secondary College and Lavalla Catholic College. 

Coached by Corey Scholtes, the girls played to the best of their ability in the wet and muddy conditions.

They will now play off against the best teams from the state on August 13.
