VCAL East Gippsland Farming Family Relief Package Project

As a small token of assistance for some families who have been affected by the East Gippsland summer bushfires and the COVID-19 pandemic Catholic College Sale VCAL students have undertaken a new project. Led by VCAL Coordinator Mr Tim Johnson, the students have built packages that include a dog kennel, mailbox, bird box, candles and soaps to be distributed to families affected by the Summer bushfires.

All of the items have been made by VCAL students and delivered to the families identified by the BlazeAid volunteer group.

After the completion of the project the students shared their project with WIN News and followed up with a celebratory BBQ.
